PowerPoint is a commonly used program for presentations by both businesses and schools alike. It provides a fairly user friendly way for someone to add visuals to just about any type of presentation. To some users, even a program like this may be seen as something difficult. That is the purpose of this project. This wiki is a collaborative effort to instruct secondary students in the skills necessary to design and enhance a PowerPoint presentation. The advantage to having something like this wiki available is mainly seen in the area of access. Most likely a teacher would go over this information with the class. Unfortunately, as with most lessons, not all students learn at the same pace. With this resource available a student could go to any of the various lessons and get another refresher on it. They could even use the tutorial while they are performing one of the skills so that they can actually try the skills as they are being presented. Since it is a wiki it can also be accessed from any computer with Internet access so the student could be working on a project at home and, if necessary, could see one of the tutorials for a skill they need to work on. Essentially this resource serves as a great differentiation device to make sure all students can get the information at their own pace.
